- This agreement between the cleint g perfect way :
A. Cleint :
Provide perfect way the truth data and the true contacting ways ( telephoneno adresses….etc ) .

B. The cleint has the right :
To ask perfect way to hide his personal data and perfect way commets that no cleint’s personal data will be exposed. Only in legal governament investeg a tron .

C. In domine name kenting :
1. It’s optional perfect way register the required cleints name and it’s data .
2. The name will be owned by the cleint in the period of renting and he has the rights to changeit move it tund his data to any place in any time .

D. In areas renting :
1. All the rented areas only for personal use. No re renting or reselling is allowed without a permetion from perfect way .

4. The cleint will receive a mail when he is about to exceed his storing capacity, and the cleint should pay for the exceeded storing capacity .

E. When we recere an order to design or develop a website :
1. The type of the website will be studied befor determaining the cost .
2. When the cleint agreed our price …50% of the cost should be transsferred to our accunt or he can come to dur office .

F. When the cleint aslfor a programve :
1. Perfect way will buy the rights from the company that ouns the programs .
2. The programs wil be reg is tered by the cleints name and data.
3. No hacked programes are allowed to be used .
4. Perfect way logo will be put on the site for any programe that we translate and every translation right will be reserved for perfect way .

5. The cleints should mention all lis requirement and detail them befor start working on his project .
6. 50% of the cost should be paid before starting the work and if the cleint wants to quite the project after the holp of the period of the work he has no rights to ask for his paid money .
7. The project time start from the day that perfect way receive 50% of the cost and the required materials to start the work .
8. Cleint has no rights to take the copy right of the programming design from the programe of the website and if you did you will never have a technical support again .
9. Adding new speufication in the programe or the website will be considered as a techmcal support issue and perfect way has the rights to refuse it if it will cauos is damages .
10. Adding new speefication in the ruddle of the work will office the cost and the time of work and perfect way has the rights to refuseit it if it will cauoe is damages .
11. Perfect way will no be responsble if you damage the programe.
12. Perfect way has the rights to edit the programe after one manth from delivering to the cleint and receiveing the last paymenl .
13. Perfect way should submut the projects on time .

G. Payment method :
1. The money should be transferred or send it to one of the perfect way accounts .
2. In the transferring, the following information should be sent of ( the transferrer, the amount, transferring date – transferring branch ) .
In bank transferring we recomended a copy of transferring paper to the accounting mail .

H. Technical support :
1. Technical support will be responsible to fixany server problems.
2. Technical support is not responsible to fix any problems result by clents carless or miss use .
3. If the cleints wants the technical support to fiy any problem coused by him he will pay 100 SR for any type of fixing .
4. In the clients lost his website’s password he has to prove his website ownership to fix his problem .
5. Technical support cannot explain the cleint programs and the way of using it .
6. If anything happened and it was controsting what is mentioned abore it will be shot without reply .

I. Dealing tearms :
Dealing torms are changeable from perfect way adminestratin in anytime and the cleints will be informed immediately .
